TELKOM SERVICE SHOULD GET A -10 RATING..

Good day, a very disappointed and furious customer. The service received from TELKOM has just gone from okay to extremely bad. They are quick to debit your account and tell you to wait 7 days before restoring your services of which i find utter pathetic. They don't communicate at all and have departments like collections which cannot be contacted by anyone, like what the hell. How does that even make sense. I now want to cancel my data contract after 5 years of being a loyal client, I'm kept on hold for 20min as if no one in retentions are working.. PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER USING TELKOM SERVICES. THEY ARE PATHETIC IN MANY WAYS..
