Telkom Service Ridiculous.

I have never seen such a poor service delivery before in my life. I have ordered a Wi-Fi package 17 days ago. Last week a Wi-Fi extender was delivered by my house and nothing else. I have been trying to get hold of Telkom since then but to no avail. Nobody has even been to my place yet. I have even downloaded the Telkom app which is useless. This is ridiculous. They even have the cheek to send me an SMS stating that they will start billing me as from the delivery!!! Something needs to be done about these people.
