Telkom Service really bad

Paid my outstanding account, but 2 weeks later lines not activated. I speak everyday to a Telkom Call Center operator that tells me my number should be on in the next 24 / 48 Hours, but 2 weeks later Account is still locked. When i ask if i can get a credit / refund for the time my number is not working, i am told No there is nothing i can do and there is no refund or credit i am entitled to.
