Telkom Service Rating -9000

Thank you Telkom... for causing me extra stress each month now, because your staff are incapable of doing their jobs properly! So lets see... last year I contacted Telkom and advised Telkom that my debit order would not be able to go off of my Capitec bank account, seeing as the account had to be closed due to someone setting up a ********** debit order on that bank account. I telephonically advised Telkom on my new banking details and I was advised, by your Telkom consultant, to let the debit order bounce and pay in the money manually. Which I did. I then received a stunning bill for over R 500! the next month! WHAT?! I then contacted Telkom again and complained about the high bill and found out the Telkom had charged me a debit order rejection fee of over R 200! INSANE! I explained that I was instructed to let the debit order bounce, without being told that there would be a fee, by the previous consultant and the new consultant at the time then promised me that the debit order would go off successfully at the end of Jan for the outstanding balance of R 172 that I actually owed, and that they would reverse the debit order rejection fee. Come middle January I then called Telkom again and confirmed with yet another consultant that the balance owing was only R 172 and that the debit order would go off of my new account at the end of Jan. The debit order did not go off. I then contacted Telkom AGAIN to lodge an account query to be later advised via SMS that my bank had advised that my FNB account was closed and that is the reason or the debit order not going off?! Again.... WHAT?! According to Telkom I now owed the over R 300?! BEING YET AGAIN CHARGED FOR A DEBIT ORDER REJECTION FEE OF OVER R 200! So I advised the consultant that this was incorrect and that my new account is very much active and has been so for over 3 months. I was advised by the consultant to email in my bank statements proving that the account is active and to pay the balance of over R 300 in manually. I asked that consultant to confirm that the I had not been charged a second debit order rejection fee, which she did... yet my balance owing is suddenly R 200 more than the amount confirmed middle Jan?! Am I being **** to or do your consultants not know how to do simple maths?! I then did as instructed and mailed through my bank statements to the email address the consultant provided to me; ********** just to receive this amazing response: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept new messages at this stage. Message therefore not delivered. Please try resending this message later. [Telkom SA SOC Limited. Registration nr : ***]" *** Telkom?! I have now manually paid over R 175 into Telkom's account for the month of Jan. I will not pay a cent more until someone sorts out this account! Telkom customer care rating -9000! Case Numbers: # ********** 2 # ********** 3 # ********** 5 Telkom #sortoutyour****!
