Telkom - Service Provider? I doubt it

I have been trying for the last 2 hours to get through to Telkom sales and even made contact with the Social Media team via Twitter just to check if my line is in their holding pool. Telkom once again is a disappointment and a disgrace. How can you call yourselves a Service Provider when you don't offer any service to begin with. The system is either always down, or your agents dont want to work and make up an excuse that the system is down.

Please get your act together and help your clients.

Is that asking too much?
