Telkom service provider Horrible at attending queries

Been paying Telkom as internet service provider, issue now I've been without internet for 2 weeks counting since I've reported it, saying I'm frustrated and furious is an understatement I mean I am paying for data and purchasing on a side because I need data I have received numerous calls from technicians and consultants with no assistance for a whole 2 weeks, the worst I won't recommend to anyone.
