Telkom **** service provider

My wifi has been off for 2 weeks now and no one can help ive been sent to pillar and post and all of this after i paid R1500 This is a **** service provider and best believe ive been telling everyone that had telkom to cancel and guess what they also have complaints and is busy cancelling their services I want my money back because i never used the services for the whole of July
