Telkom service poor

Absolutely poor service. I ordered a phone online (for convenience), the first installment was debited from my account, yet NO phone was delivered! It's been two weeks now...no phone call, no sms update on the progress of the phone delivery! I have been phoning the Telkom sales department for the past hour, been holding for 11 minutes, yet no answer...What kind of service is this?
