telkom service-poor

We have an account with Telkom, and try to cancel it but without any success. We send a few e-mails already and every time we get an e-mail back saying we need to take the steps on the attached file. If we try that we get an error saying ''we could not identify you as a valid contact for this service on this account'. If we inform Telkom about that they just send us an e-mail again sand say you have to do it online.

The problem is we get sms's and mails saying our account is overdue, but there is no account to cancel online....

The service is very poor and they are unwilling to help you as a customer...
