Telkom Service Pathetic

I recently moved to a new home. I wrote to telkom notifying them about the move to cancel my lte. They said they will call back in a few days to confirm. Nobody called since letter. Service was just cancelled without notification and March bill paid in advance. Now they send another bill saying outstanding bill. In a nutshell I asked for clarity via calls and chat and emails. Nothing itemised to say what charges are for. Telkom is like a circus. The customer service is pathetic.
