Telkom Service pathetic!!!

I am so discussed with the service from Telkom! I’ve cancelled my service with them in February 2019 already. Still I’m being billed and placed on ITC for money now owing. I only had a ADSL contract with them, now I’m being told the landline is still active! In my life I’ve never had a landline telephone. I’ve logged so many inquiries until today I have not been contacted by anyone! I will never advise anyone to make use of Telkom. Pathetic all way round.
