telkom service pathetic

On the 25th of June I logged a complaint with Telekom of the telephone line not working,then on the 29th I logged another complaint,due to the fact that I did not get any feedback on the progress of my fault,i then contacted the call centre everyday since and the only feedback I keep getting back from them is that the technician will come out to to my premises asap this has now been almost a month without a home. telephone,the matter kept escalating to Telekom head office in city centre johannesburg,whereas nothing has still not being done,the service pathetic and it's highly unacceptable,an urgent response will be highly appreciated.
