Telkom service (or the lack thereof)

I ordered a Telkom Fixed Line Look Alike more than 2 months ago, I was informed that delivery will take 7-14 working days which is acceptable. More than 2 months later still no delivery, no follow up and no service. I called numerous times but to no avail. I am informed to go to my nearest Telkom shop, when I call the shop they inform me to call the call centre . Eventually I gave up today, I called once again to request a letter from Telkom stating that they cannot be of service to me in order for me to find another service provider, but to no avail. For this requested letter apparently I need to visit my nearest Telkom store...I sense a pattern here.
