Telkom service or not

On numerous occasions one tries to contact Telkom to lodge a complaint about their service and absurd response. I have spoken to a number of people about my 74yr old aunty's telephone. They received a sms saying the telephone problem cannot be fixed. Tow months ago I called Telkom about another elderly aunty of mine who relocated and to ask they change her address and that she is unable to go the Telkom store and the lady assured me that everything has been changed and in order. The new account will go to the new address. All to find it is going to the wrong address still, the telephone only worked for a week after it was installed in the new address, Telkom bills my elderly aunt for over R700 for 2 months while the phone is out of order during this period. Tow reports for two elderly women in two different suburbs, NO but NO service. It's absolutely **********.
