Telkom Service on Telkom line at home

In July we book a call regarding our Telkom wifi rooter. They came out and we were informed that our Telkom lines outside need urgent maintenance . They will came back to fixed it. A month later we phone again asking when they will come and repair the lines. We were informed that the people who was supposed to do the maintenance contracts expired and we must book another call In October we phone them again. Explains everything. Every 2nd day we received a call asking if every is in order and if they can close the call. Every time we inform then Nobody came to fixed the lines we still waiting. Today the lady told me and say if she can't get hold of the technical team she is going to close this call. We still waiting and nobody came to fixed the lines and they just want to close the call. Really this is vey bad service or rather no service of Telkom
