Telkom Service number Re-allocation

Telkom was so quick to do a sale and allocated me a new service number - Call centre staff as well as Store staff have not been helpful at all - I have been calling everyday with no help and today I was told the is no guarantee that my service number of over 20 years will be reinstated. Sales department - said its possible and will be done within seven days In store says the - the call centres sales team cannot allocate service numbers on the new system but they will do it for me - Here I am a month later with a new number and Bill for a line that has not been used and never will be used.
