Telkom service "number change"

I needed to do a number change and it has been 2 weeks and it has not been resolved yet. Every time i contact the call center they keep escalating the issue but nobody seems to get back to me. My number has been deactivated for two weeks and the managers, team leaders and support members can not resolve my issues. the service is absolutely pathetic and I definitely do not advise anyone to take contracts with them. Especially from the store in mall of africa where i was assisted by a guy named itumuleng, who seemed to just want to get my money without doing his job properly. For such a great mall, that store really brings the name down.
