Telkom Service Not Welkom

I’ve been a Telkom customer since 2022 with 2 contracts running and recently took out a 3rd for my new business. Without any form of notification, communication or warning all 3 of my accounts were suspended for reaching and going over my credit limit (that was never addressed or communicated would happen when taking out the 3rd account)!!! I’ve been trying to get it straightened out at both Cape Town and Bloemfontein branches but surprise surprise the systems are down which seems to be more constant than actual service received. Just total incompetence and neglect towards customers with staff just utterly useless!!!
