Telkom service not professional

I am very very unhappy about Telkom service team. I have app**** for for a new telkom home ADSL Line for my home and its 3 months now and last night my line was suspended due to non payment.

I phone telkom helpline and I ask them i am exsisting customer and they do have my banking details and why they never debited from my account which they already have .

Secondly what they never ask me all this while they new they going to suspend my service .

Its pathetic and telkom failure not mine.
