Telkom Service Not Existing

I had a telkom business line. Lat week in October 2019. the line was dead. After numerous calls from my cellphone and after two weeks, they told me cables was ****** and that they not going to replace it. I eventually got a cordless rooter and sim card from Telkom in The Glen. Assistant promised me the line will be up and running in 48 hrs. I spoke to telkom staff numerous times. On November 27, I spoke to a Baninghele. Same promise Ref *** On December 9, I spoke to Nandeka and the floor manager Ref ***A no luck since taday. They are useless. Want to out of this contract, but how?
