Telkom Service not being Delivered

So I contacted Telkom a month ago and requested that my line be put on a holding port and was told it would be done within 24 hours. Three weeks later NOTHING so I put a report on Hellopeter (if you view my profile you will see the report still there). Telkom rep**** to my report that they will tend to my request and give me feedback asap. Well 2 weeks after I posted that report and nothing. So in total I have been waiting more than a month to just get my line on a holding port.<br> <br> Can this please get done for me Today!!!! <br> <br>
