Telkom service none existent. Think twice before you apply

I had issues in my area with my adsl line in February so the agent convinced me to switch to lte.

I revieved my lte router in march and tried using it just to find that is much slower then my adsl line was. I called the technical support and they told me sorry there is nothing they can do if i get bad signal.

I then canceled my lte on the 1st of April but stil till today (july) they haven’t cancelled my lte. I call every second week and every time i call i am assured by the agent that it will be canceled and i will be refunded all my money. But it cannot continue like this. Will be seeing a lawyer next week
