Telkom service non exiting
Tried to cancel telkom contract online. Telkom keep billing us 4 months later. Every time they have another excuse about something that wasn't cancelled correctly. No assistance. It is really pathetic service. Can see now why everybody is cancelling there contracts with telkom as they are unable to do a service for the clients

18 Aug 2018, 19:16Will a reference number help? We have a lot of reference numbers and the problem is still there. Will someone contact us as we went into telkom, logged calls online and called. To no avail. Nobody qualified to help us
