Telkom service non-existing and utterly pathetic

I've received accounts from Telkom alleging that I owe the Business an arrears amount now for months on end. I have in fact proof that the account has been settled in FULL. Despite this and numerous visits to the Telkom "walk-in" office in Mosselbau, I still am allegedly in arrears and Telkom simply refuses to investigate the matter and sort out their accounting "mess"! According to their latest statement I made a payment the previous month of X amoiunt which is totally INCORRECT!!! I made a payment of R 400.00 MORE than what is reflected on their statement. Heaven alone knows where Telkom get their figures from. It seems that no-one at Telkom is prepared to take any responsibility and rectify this matter one and for all.

The most appalling service and attitude I have ever experienced in my life!!
