Telkom service non existent!

I opened fault no 3CRI280120 and Telkom had to replace the ISDN box. Before the technician left, I asked him not to close the fault until my voicemail had been sorted. William closed the fault and I still had no voicemail. I have been stuffed around from sales to technical departments and was given ref no *** on 6/2. Today I phone technical and they tell me they cannot help me. Now two weeks later I sit with still no voicemail and I run a business on this line. I am getting desperate and nowhere else to turn.
