Telkom service non existent

I wish there was a no star rating for telkom cause that’s how I honestly feel about their service. Infact there’s no service. 3 days and no one can help us with an online upgrade. Useless pathetic. The stores can’t upgrade due to the fact they don’t even offer the contract on their website mind you. They tell you to upgrade online. When you upgrade online no one calls you back !!!!! Call them they send you from pillar to post !!! Am sooo disappointed in their lack of customer service
