TELKOM SERVICE NON EXISTANT

On the 15th August 2017 I contacted Telkom via email to get the Showmax subscription cancelled as I was being billed twice for Showmax. I was emailed back:

From: e-BSC Online Bill ********** Sent: 15 August 2017 03:49 PM To: Taryn Makings ********** Subject: RE: 2 x Showmax Subscriptions ( ********** 225)

Good day

Kindly contact billing on 10210 or ********** Regards

Contacting the call centre, they tell you to log on and cancel it via your online profile. I cannot access it as I have been cut off due to obscene amounts outstanding. Quite frankly, I am owed by Telkom. Again on the 22nd of June I contacted the call centre and spoke to Nosicelo Sheron (Case: ********** 3) who was brilliant as she picked up that a request to cancel the 2nd Showmax subscription had been sent, but that an error occurred resulting in my having being billed non-stop since my request. She said that she would escalate the matter, would reconnect my line (after I had to pay an additional R620) and would get the money credited to my account. I received an sms sating the case had been resolved, and I assumed that all was back to normal. I should have known better.... I have again been cut off due to "collection" as there is an amount outstanding of like +/-R200, and I am STILL being billed for 2 x Showmax subscriptions. I am beyond frustrated... I want the entire line cancelled, and I want to be refunded the money that I have been charged for re-connections, and for the endless amount of money that has been charged for 2 x Showmax subscriptions. I mean according to the website, one can only have 1 x subscription per account, yet I sit with 2?? I spoke to a bloke on Saturday morning who said that he would get the matter escalated and his manager would call me back... well I am still waiting. I had no internet the entire weekend which is costing me additional money in mobile data.

I WANT THE MATTER RESOLVED TODAY - surprise me with actual service, please
