TELKOM SERVICE - LINE SUSPENDED UNACCEPTABLE

pathetic services received from Telkom, line being suspended but payment done on a business line there is no priority- asked to speak to managers and conveniently everyone is busy or in a meeting to make decision. totally unacceptable. as being a business owner and to be given this kind of treatment from a service provider is not on! south Africans with this kind of attitude towards customer care wont make it in a first world country!
