Telkom service, lies & contract

Soo frustrated with Telkom in the 1st place when I went to renew my contract I specifically asked that it be a month by month contract after receiving the email I realized that I was once again committed for 24 month contract. Then we receive these new routers that we have no choice about after the router you realize that you get throttled after 150 GB but you pay for uncapped & un throttled !!! Then again you buy a once off data only realizing after a month or 2 that they actually put it on recurring so you pay this every month - it is soo difficult to get the correct people to cancel this because they just send you from one person to the next one telephone nr to the next???!!! I WISH I CAN JUST CANCEL THIS CONTRACT!!! I HATE TELKOM!!!!
