Telkom service leaves a lot to be desired...

I was going to say a lot but checking other reviews has brought me to a loss of words...

Eish, I've had no Internet since last Thursday. Called Telkom and they confirmed they are busy with fixes in the area and they would get back to me. I have called them every day since then and still I am told they are still busy. No notifications were received prior to the fixes were sent alerting of possible outages, besides, how can such a big organisation act so small...they can't tell me fopr at least 6 days they are unable to resolve whatever issues they created, come on Telkom - rise up above your mud. I'm at a point where I'm seriously considering shipping service provider, also feels like they are trying hard for customers to just leave them the heck alone

Over the past couple of months service has been extremely erratic to non-existent at times, but this, this is a big slump for so big a firm, tjooo. And I'm sure round now they are red-eyed and awaiting payment, for what service one wonders
