Telkom service joke!

<p>No internet since mid-April and still no help!</p> <p>Logged a fault (***1) two to three weeks ago already and still no assistance with my LTE rooter which was working perfectly fine and the next morning just no connection.</p> <p>Phoned their help line a few times already and the only reply is: "They are still working on the problem"</p> <p>In the meantime, I am paying for a service but not receiving any!</p>
