Telkom service is VERY slow

Disgusted with the amount of weeks i have to wait for telkom to just send a technician to fix a litlle chord in my house lines. I once had to wait a whole month for them to take 2 minutes to fix the problem and they charged me for that whole month. I now have the same probelm and im still waiting from 2 weeks just for a technition to come!!!
