Telkom service is very BAD!!!!

I am an employer (admin) at HS Birchleigh. There is NOT a day that goes by telkom to please come out and check our lines! But they reset it on their side then it will only work for a few hours. Then we phone and phone! We really had enough we just want someone to come out and help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
