Telkom service is trash

Telkom is just trash, I’ve been with them for the last 2 years and their service keeps deteriorating, they called me on the 25th of March for an upgrade, the person I spoke to on the phone asked for how many months would I like the contract I said 36 months, they sent the bill the contract is for 24 months. I’ve been calling Telkom from the 29th of March to date I’m being sent from pillar to post and they won’t assist. I spoke several agents with promises that they’ll escalate my query and listen to the call and contact me within 24 hours it’s been weeks now.
