Telkom service is trash

I’m very disappointed with the level of service that I’m getting with Telkom. If it’s not empty promises from your call center employees it’s rude ones too. I’ve app**** for a new line on April 30 and still awaiting feedback of when my order will be completed. None of your staff can tell me what’s happening. Please check how far along the process are you with my order. How hard is it to properly inform your clients or potential ones. Utter disgusting service!
