Telkom service is the worst ever!!!

Telkom is by far the most frustrating company to deal with. Just spent 3.5 hours on the phone getting pushed from one department to another with no help whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!! Spoke to 13 agents in total and all of them says they cannot help and I must go to another department ... made me run around in circles for all this time! Disgusting, pathetic, unacceptable service!!!!!!!!!!
