Telkom Service is the worst . DO NOT USE IT

I made a manual payment for my Telkom account on the 2nd September but the payment still has not been allocated to my account which has been suspended. I called them to be put on hold for long durations only to be told that I need to send PoP and bank statement. My bank only generates a statement at the end of the month. So, I will only be able to send the statement on the 31st and until then we have no WIFI at home? Telkom is the worst
