Telkom service is the worst

I got a call from mobile talk offering me a telkom contract and the offer was good so i accepted it, upon delivery theres was a second sim card i called telkom they told me is for smart internet, i told them i dnt need it they told me to cancel it online on the telkom app which i did on the 28/12 /2019 , since then i have been calling for my update but no one is helping but they are debiting my account for something i did not agree and dit not use
