Telkom service is terrible

My Internet suddenly stopped working. I was told my account was not active despite making my monthly payment on time. Then in a was told it was active and there is a technical problem. Open serve technician came to my place and rated everything and found that its all working . Upon trying to get anew password they found that my account does not exist???? This is a huge problem as my wife and i are currently working from home. I need someone at Telkom to please resolve for me today???
