Telkom service is terrible and frustrating

My contract phone got ****** and I reported it, it was not blocked in time and someone was using it and there was a hectic bill on it. I have been trying to do a swim swop and I am being not helped. I have been to more than one telkom store only to be told that i cannot be helped this is really frustrating as I am paying for a contract that I am not using.
