Telkom service is terrible

I have not had a telephone call on my house phone for over a month but get charged for calls. Also had a dispute and the accounts lady tells me to pay this amount and will dispute the balance well that was in Jan and still today the cut my phone and wifi due to the outstanding balance. Now to resolve I must have the fault reference number to continue.
