Telkom service is terrible.

I ordered a contract phone with Telkom and they denied my application during the credit vetting process. I've called to inquire about the reasons to this and I have been sent from department to department. They don't transfer your call to the correct department, they just tell you to dial a number. I do not understand this because my credit score is perfect and so is my affordability of the phone. I was approved by Vodacom for a contract that cost more than the one I was going to take with Telkom but they did not have stock of the phone I wanted so I decided to go to Telkom. I'm very disappointed with the service I have received, not because I was not approved but because of how they first need to capture all your banking details first before they even approve for a phone and the lack of a clear reason as to why my application was denied. I need answers!
