telkom service is terrible.

<p>Really terrible service. ordered telkoms deal of the month for R99 over the phone the sales agent was first putting me down for the cellphone deal for R199 corrected the agent said i will receive an sms 2 days later still no sms so phoned telkom to find out what is happening they cant find my order as it was not put throught the system so redid the order again this time they keep telling me that my bank account details in incorrect so they cannot do the order. By the weekend i receive a call to get my bank details gaain and it goes through for the R99 deal by Monday the courirer has my order and yesterday was delivered only for me to oopen it and see that it was the cellphone that was delivered and not the router. Phoned telkom they say system error but theycan see my order is for the R99 deal now i am waiting for them to collect and then only will they deliver the router. this is really frustrating. I had even laid a complaint on telkoms site but none has gotten back to me.</p>
