Telkom service is terrible!

Telkom is the worse service provider. I am a customer that moved houses and needed my ADSL line moved. I had so much drama with the sale consultants as all of them told me a different story (they really need to be trained properly to say the same things) Lastly after my 14 days of waiting and i didn't get no response i called back to speak to the manger that manger told me to redo the order and i must wait another 14 days which is bull. I am not waiting another 14 days for something that i am paying for already, then she sent a request for something and was going to get back to me. I have called back after two days then another sales consultant tells me that there is no infrastructure in my area for ADSL that is also bull. Firstly they did not come and even check where i live and secondly the consultant could have taken the address down incorrect. So why wasn't i contacted with regard to this???? Really disappointing and up until today i have no feedback from them....
