Telkom service is terrible
My phone has been out of order since 11 June 2015. report this on the morning of this day. Every day my husband phones from work they told him it has been given to a Technician on the 25 June 2015. I have sent emails to there escalation center every second day. This is affecting my ADSL and internet so I am battling to do work and my son cant do his university homework. Telkom service is disgusting, your get no help from the call centre expect they going to log a fault again.
