TELKOM SERVICE IS STILL NON-EXISTING EVEN AFTER INITIAL QUERY!!

Will you please assist me urgently in settling this matter.

I tried from early December 2017 to cancel the telkom line but still get billed. I did follow the cancellation steps as requested!!
