Telkom service is shocking

Their service has deteriorated inexplicably. Have been with them since 2005 and now I cannot believe it is the same company. Consultants that answer telephones eventually but have no idea how to resolve an issue. My e-mail fault reporting amounts to around 5 reference numbers. Also their Fault Section for reporting after completion of all the detail specify "a reference will be sent to this cell number", never happened, no reference was received. Maybe this number will refresh their memories ***. My telkom mail has been hacked and does not work at all, it is shocking to see all that is happening on the telkom webmail account for my mail address
