telkom service is serviceless

<p>I think telkom redlisted after my review i posted early march. Till today i dont have internet but a bill of R 1771.53 . On the20 th march i called teljom center domestic sales dep and upgraded my package fron month to month to a 24 month and was approved and wauted for a rooter for over two months. I called almost every week at first i was told they dont have stock, my application is still on sales system, they cant find it and i can write a book. ********** 04ATELKO REF. While getting frustrated by inncompetebt sales agent i called account to report my problem and was told that Tekkom will credit me as soon as my internet is active.. I cancelled the order beginning of may. I called sales agant after receiving my bill and i am stil waiting for the supervisor to call me ...... </p>
