Telkom service is PATHETIC...

I currently have a month to month 20mb uncapped ADSL line.

I have been struggling with a problem for 7 weeks. And now they tell me that the underground cables are the problem and it will not be replaced. So now they are offering me a LTE 24 month contract. Why should I be forced to take out a new contract of 24 months?? Especially if Fiber has been fitted about a month ago. The reason for being on month to month is so that when fiber comes then I can go over to that...

It is honestly horrible and pathetic!!!!!!
