Telkom service is pathetic. Call centers and supervisors are off no help. A big company but useless. Technicians have no idea off what they doing.

We a running a business, its the busiest time off the year , we are loosing alot of business. Clients cannot call in and we cannot call out.

3 weeks ago a technician came out he connected all four lines onto one line how clever is he? Telkom needs to hire people according to experience not people you have no idea of what they doing. Thereafter another guy came out did nothing at all and from then we have been calling the call centers and spoke to Gladys and Tsepho spoke to supervisors but nothing. You is going to refund us all the business we have lost. Telkom cannot live up to what their moto is. We are furious at the manner in which they do business.
